See your doc ASAP: Your symptoms are not just simple uti, which generally mean a bladder infection. It is more consistent with a kidney infection. That needs to get treated with antibiotics right away to prevent it spreading into your bloodstream leading a much more serious infection.

You should see a doc: If ou have a UTI that is causing pain , esp in your back you could be developing a more severe form (pyelonephritis- the infection extends to the kidney). You should be taking antibiotics.
