Why would i get all these pains n my head all day i've had a mri&ct 5mths ago both normal these sharp pains hurt all day everyday i get them scared!

Muscle spasm?: Possibly is chronic neck muscle spasm. A physiatrist specialist can examine neck to decide. Massage & heating pad might relieve spasm, or cortisone injection into tendon of superior trapezium muscle where inserts on base of skull at occiput. Physiatrist can provide these injections, which can have dramatic but temporary benefits. Physical therapist for long term treatment.

Depends: Headaches can have many causes. With normal head ct and mri, headache may still be from migraine, cranial nerve neuralgia (trigeminal neuralgia), increased intracranial pressure, or due to infection. Neurology and/or neurosurgery consultation may be considered.
