Yours or partners?: It's different for men vs women but there are common needs for both. In general men look for home plate and women want to enjoy the game. It's important both understand what is expected of the other. That can go a long way toward building libido. Are there medical issues? Is stress or arguing a problem? Is there lack of privacy or is work draining energy? Can you surprise or create mystery? Toys?

Several ways: Libido in women is 90% "above the neck". However, there are some hormonal changes that can occur which will reduce libido. Have a physician measure dhea-s & total/free testosterone levels. Birth control pills frequently reduce libido due to increases in the substance that binds testosterone reducing the free testosterone available in the blood.

Try therapy first : Libido is a sensitive phenomenon with multiple psychological and physiological factors influencing it. I'd suggest a few therapy sessions to see if it may be partner specific or something psychological that you aren't fully aware of. If nothing turns up there, medications that increase Dopamine or norepinephrine (such as bupropion or stimulant medications) can increase libido.
