Change meal patterns: Start by shifting from 3 square meals to multiple, say 5 or 6, smaller meals each day. Eventually shift to eating something every 2 hours. Every time you eat your metabolism speeds up. Drink lots of water each day. Walk daily. Make sure to eat breakfast. And make sure to get at least 7 hours sleep each night. All of these factors statistically shown to lead to healthy weight loss.
