Get proper treatment: Naproxen can help best with joint pain if given scheduled (twice daily every day with food)with some relief within a few doses but it does not treat true juvenile arthritis at all.To put the disease to sleep, your child should get weekly low dose Methotrexate injections under the skin and a tnf inhibitor(enbrel, remicade, (infliximab) humira)that will control arthritis in almost all kids.Naproxen is not enough.
