I've been on clonazepam for several years at 0.25 mg fr several years for anxiety. i'm ready to wean off. how can this be done?

See below : There is no physical danger to stopping but you will have rebound anxiety or other symptoms for months. I would reduce you to .125 for a bit and then use every other day. Depakote, gabapentin/pregabalin will help. You may need non-controlled sleep meds.

Should be supervised: I would decrease by .125mg every 2-4 weeks until off. However this should be done under supervision by someone who can help you thru any potential problems.
