Psychological: Pseudocyesis or false pregnancy is a psychological condition but must be associated with the desire if having a baby. Consult a psychotherapist and obtain info from your obstetrician if this is the case. There may be other causes of weight gsin, enlarged stomach and swollen legs that require serious investigations: renal, liver, and cardiac problems.
