I'm flat chested but my breasts are growing. took a pregnancy test and it was negative. i have been stressed and gained weight lately. is this because of pregnancy or pure weight gain?

The breasts are one destination for fat storage in the body. Any physical symptom from a pregnancy would be from the hormones that will turn a pregnancy test positive. A first morning pee is the most representative sample for testing.
