Well, it: Could be a couple if things but what comes to mind is esophageal reflux; try some zantac. When u say "go to bathroom i assume u mean a bm. Skipping a day should not cause this type of discomfort but try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) if it is a problem, to er for fever, good luck.
