Neuropsychological: Testing was originally used to assess effects of chemotherapy on brain functions (e.g., processing, memory & attention). It's the best way to determine the severity of your word retrieval problem & any other neurobehavioral issues you may have. Diagnoses will lead to recommendations for therapy or accommodations to remediate or circumvent this problem. Seek a referral from your oncologist.
