If i have been on birth control for like 3 years but been off them for over a year will it be hard to conceive ?

Maybe/not: The cited average wait for a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range from weeks to a year. After a year off BC you body would have returned to your baseline fertility level. You could have normal baseline fertility or not, unaffected by the prior BC. If you try for a year without success an evaluation of both partners by a fertility doc would be reasonable.
