Possible allergy: It is not an unusual finding. A fair amount of women have discomfort after ejaculation in the vagina. This is usually from irritation from the ejaculate or the sperm. In fact, there are some women who are allergic to the proteins found on the sperm. This is not dangerous but using a condom will help alleviate this problem.
