Yes: Unfortunately. These are caused by 2 different viruses that can be acquired by the same means - respiratory spread, or someone sick breathed on you and you inhaled it. If they happen to be sick with both or you net with 2 different sick individuals you can pick up both infection if you have never been vaccinated for either or has not had them in childhood.
