Variety of things: If you are a woman, there are a number of non-cancerous growths in your liver which could cause these symptoms. If you are planning on getting pregnant, you should be evaluated by your doctor, perhaps with an abdominal ultrasound. Other potential causes are gallbladder problems, or more rarely very slow growing tumors of the abdominal cavity. Fortunately, these are very rare.

RUQ pain: To come up with a definitive diagnosis, nothing beats a good history. Without one, we can only take a guess and advise you to see a doctor. Sound like you may need to rule out gallbladder disease or a stomach ulcer.
