Yes: If you do not excede recomenfded doses and do no have any allergy symptoms from tylenol (acetaminophen)/ you could prevent tylenol (acetaminophen) problems with n-acetyl cysteine from a health food store.

Yes but . . .: If you're not hurting, then you don't need tylenol (acetaminophen) component since excess Acetaminophen can be deadly to liver, especially if you drink a lot of alcohol. Pm portion of drug is generic Diphenhydramine (sold as benadryl) which is a sedating antihistamine. Just beware that studies show it sticks around in your system longer than you think. It can also cause dry eyes & mouth, constipation & can't pee.
