No: Nutrition is so important during pregnancy & extra doses of some vitamins are helpful (such as folic acid, b9) but certain vitamins can be toxic in too high doses. “fat soluble” vitamins, once absorbed by the body, cannot be easily discharged if their levels are too high. Extremely high levels of vitamin a may cause birth defects. There is a rare link with extreme vitamin e & infant heart defects.
