Scrotwl Pain: It is not uncommon to experience a mild testicular injury after rough sex or spirited masturbation. It normally subsides in a day or two. If you wear tight briefs at night when you sleep, they may exacerbate the situation. Unless you notice any discoloration of th scrotum, give it a few days to heal. Otherwise, if swelling or discoloration develop, consult with your doctor.
