A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sweating: Sweating is your bodys way to cool itself, and people sweat from being in a very warm place, or after intense exercise. You may not be stressing your body enough to cause sweating, so run harder and longer, which will burn more calories, and you should sweat. You must get your heart rate to a very high level, apprpriate for your age, usually over one hundred and fifty beats per minute.
