Depends: All babies can have reflux. Reflux becomes a problem when your baby is not gaining weight and has difficulty feeding. The best thing to do is to talk to your pediatrician to see if your baby needs any intervention such as a medicine or a reflux formula. As far as treatment of gas pains, usually no medicines are necessary. Some parents believe mylicon drops can help but talk to your doctor first.
