Relax and enjoy!: More infertility arises from women stressing about pregnancy. Just relax and enjoy your sex life without contraception and you have a good chance of conception. If in 6months to 1 year, it does not happen - get evaluated for polycycstic ovary disease.

BBT: Use a basal body temperature chart and that should tell you if you are ovulating.
