Yes: Actually with a Progesterone level that high, you might even be pregnant. Any Progesterone level 3 or more is suggestive of ovulation. Unless you are taking supplemental progesterone, the levels are not this high with just normal cycling. In the middle of the second half of the cycle, midcycle, about 7-10 days after ovulation, Progesterone levels are above 8-10 ng/ml and can as high as 20ng/ml.
