If you have: Severe abdominal pain, go to er. Could be an ovarian cyst, gallbladder, irrtible bowel, constipation, appendix, bladder and the list goes on. Tell us severity and location (more precisely), duration, fever?, vomiting? Constipation? Last period? Pregnacy?

Let me try to help: Most likely some ingestion problem, i would some anti-acidity medication like( mylanta) and see what happen, if it did help you most likely that what it is if did not check with you doctor.
