Depends: See your doctor or dentist for a definitive treatment. You need to be on the proper antibiotic. Use of a netti pot (nasal douche) is also a treatment that cleans out the sinuses with warm saline solution and helps you feel better faster.

Diagnosis is best: Sinus infection causes are numerous (bacteria, fungus are common) due to the anatomy of the sinus. Nsaids, decongestants and nasal lavage (neti pot, neilmed) are great palliative measures, as are old-fashioned folk remedies like chicken soup and tea! if it persists, a rx from your doctor may be in order. Best: get plenty of test and drink lots of water.

See ENT: The best treatment would be the one prescribed for you by your primary care physician or ENT specialist after they examined you. The treatment would vary based upon your particular circumstances.
