Depends where from?: Blood in a mucus nasal discharge when u blow your nose is common & rarely of concern. Blood in mucus coughed up from chest may be serious & should be looked into by your dr.. Tb, something similar or even lung cancer needs to be excluded. Bloody vaginal mucus is also abnormal & needs to be checked out by a gynecologist. Malignancy needs to be ruled out. Hopefully nothing serious. Good luck.
