A member asked:

Perspiration in children with odor. is this a serious problem? how to fix it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: A child near puberty may develop body odor. A younger child with body odor may have a hormone problem that can cause other signs of early puberty (rapid growth in height, deeper voice, pubic hair). Most often it is nothing serious. Your md will be able to tell you which category it is in. You can use a deodorant in a young child if needed. But figure out the cause first.
