Fluids: The best method is fluid consumption and regular trips to the bathroom. Supplements such as cranberry juice or extracts may help and likely won't hurt. If utis are persistent, decreased intercourse and even possibly antibiotic prophylaxis are also options. Because a UTI during pregnancy campus you at risk for premature labor, check with your OB about this issue.
