Many possibilities: Following needs: 1)urinate after sex, 2) drink enough water to urinate & empty bladder every 2-3hrs., 3) shower rather than bathe, 4)cotton underwaer & no thongs, 5) pull clothes to ankles & seperate thighs to avoid labial urine trapping, 6) avoid & treat constipation, 7)consider cranberry extracts for prophylaxis to reduce bacterial adherence 8) consult urologist. 9) good luck.
