Last week i found a soft lump on my thigh. it is painless and i just can feel it by touching. i worry about it. is tumour or sth like sarcoma?

Have it checked: Most soft tissue lumps turn out to be lipomas, which are benign. That being said, a sarcoma needs to be ruled out. I would see your doctor and if needed, an orthopaedic oncology specialist. An MRI can confidently diagnose a lipoma. Most other entities may require a biopsy.
