Need: To see ENT surgeon. May have structural or drainage problem with your sinus. Once the infection is cleared, the sinus does not drain and can get reinfected. Vicious cycle.

Difficult to treat: Sinus infections can be very persistent an difficult to treat. The drainage of your sinuses can be compromised by allergies, anatomic deviations, or you may require a longer-duration of the same or a different antibiotic. In severe cases, surgical drainage is required. I recommend an ENT evaluation with possible ct scan &/or endoscopic examination.
