You can't: There is no way to decreases the melanin in the iris, there is a medicated eye drop that can increase the dark color of your eyes though.

You don't: It is genetic. It cannot be removed. If you are on aprostoglandin analog for the treatment of glaucoma or for eyelash growth, you may increase melanin in the iris. If you are on that medication, stopping it can prevent further melanindeposition.
