Two proven drugs!: Minoxidil in solution, and Finasteride in solution od in pill form. The solutions are applied to the scalp. There are other answers, depending on the cause. Women with pcos, will respond to metformin. Spironolactone can help for all of the above!

Meds & Transplants: Female androgenetic alopecia / hereditary hair thinning can be effectively managed w/ Rx meds like topical minoxidil 82M, laser therapy, PRP & hair transplants depending on its severity. Early cases of shedding, thinning & decreased volume are managed with non-invasive treatments. Severe depletion of hair follicles can be corrected with FUE hair transplant. Seek an experienced "ABHRS" physician.
