Workout Rules: When first starting anything, begin slowly and work up. If you are over 40 and have any chronic disease, speak with your physician about stress testing. Otherwise, the goal is to get moving. Start with walking 15minutes/day to up to 30 minutes. Once you can do that, up the speed. And as you get better you can run (or whatever else) and add weights.

Work outs: The safest and best thing to start w/is a visit to your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough for working out. Then you can consult a trainer a a gym who can create a workout program specifically for you. Congrats on wanting to work out. Many disorders today are disorders of lifestyle. Peace and good health.
