Sun: Great question! sun does many things to the skin--very few of them positive. The most well-known and studied effects are degradation (breakdown) of the collagen in the skin leading to aging and wrinkles and the ultraviolet radiation that promotes skin cancer. You will stay younger-looking longer and reduce risk of skin cancer by avoiding the sun.
