Androgens may help: Stopping hrt may have contributed to loss of sex drive. Often low-dose androgen therapy can restore peri-menopausal loss of libido as women lose estrogen and androgens in and beyond middle age. Also check any medications you are taking for sexual side effects (e.g., antidepressants, opioid pain medications, etc.).
