Yes: Breastfeeding may decrease your chance of pregnancy by decreasing ovulation. Ovulation can also be more irregular, and so timing of the expected menstrual period may not be accurate in predicting when you will ovulate. So certainly there is a chance that you can get pregnant from this exposure.

Breastfeeding: Is not an effective method of birth control. If you have been having unprotected sex then there is a chance for pregnancy. Check a pregnancy test. Breastfeeding can also lead to menstrual irregularities. Consult your doctor about more effective forms of birth control that won't affect breastfeeding. For example, progestin pills, Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injection, implantables, condoms. Best wishes.
