Will vary.: Population based studies have found adult 95% of testes to be 4 to 8cm in length & 18 to 25ml in volume. Two ways to assess volume are commonly used. One is scrotal ultrasound (us) where measurements are taken and volume calculated. Another is an orchidometer, which estimates testis volume. If you have any noticeable change in testicular size, texture, or symmetry, get evaluated without delay.
