Have frequent diarhea, a month from laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, not taken any antibiotics, treatment etc, what could this be? are the two linked?

See your doctor: Most likely not but there are some possibilities as; getting antibiotics before or after your surgery that can cause a bacterial intestine infection (c diff), or there could be something else going on. Did you go in for your postop visit? Did you discuss this? If not go back. A stool culture may help. Otherwise see your primary care provider.
