I'm due to get my period next week, but i am spotting (pink/brown) right now. i'm cramping very lightly - but no other symptoms. period or pregnant?

A good home pregnancy testing kit can detect a pregnancy as soon as the time of the first "missed period, " so you can always test yourself. Even if negative, you should probably make an appointment with your gynecologist if your period doesn't return to normal.

May be implantation: You may do a home pregnancy test, if you miss your period. It would be prudent to wait 4-5 days after missed period, use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully.
