Have it looked at: Some swollen & painful nodes will be due to viral illnesses & not benefit from antibiotics. Others may be due to bacterial infections and require abx or sometimes they must be opened & drained if they form an abscess. See a doc & find out what you need.

Antibiotics and soak: Yes, and i would apply hot soaks to the nodes because it sounds like they may have abscesses and you need an incision and drainage of them the hot soaks will bring things to a head and ake things easier for you.
