Yes: Blood pregnancy tests can be positive 8 days post ovulation but it is really early and generally will not be positive yet. Urine pregnancy tests will be of little value. Anxious?

Only blood : While a blood test may be positive that quickly, a urine test is only typically accurate starting a day or two before your period is due. Why not wait an extra week and start with a cheaper home pregnancy test.
