Pregnancy test: A serum (blood) test is reliable on the 11-12th day after ovulation, home tests are similar if you are certain of the ovulation day. For home testing I'd suggest you can test one day before the expected period if your periods are regular. Good wishes.

If miss period: Wait and see if you miss your period. If you do then check a pregnancy test at that time.
