No: Not if they did the procedure properly. The point of tying your tubes is to prevent pregnancy, and it would have to be surgically reversed. However, even if you do this, you are at a higher risk of having a tubal pregnancy due to the scar in the middle of your tube.

Unlikely: Because you had your tubes cut and burned, they are blocked and the sperm and egg can't get together now. Likely, you would need treatment to either put the tubes back together again via tubal reanastamosis (surgery) or have in vitro fertilization where a rei doctor retrieves your eggs and puts then together with your husband's sperm and puts the embryos inside your uterus.
