Cool discipline plan: 123 magic was created by thomas phelan to take out escalating ask, talk, persuade, convince, yell, threaten, (feel like hitting) syndrome parents feel when they are unable to get a child to do what is being asked of them. Pick up toys, get ready for school, stop whining, tantrums, teasing, etc. Method works with no excess talking and no emotion. Lots of positive portions too are built in. Lovely!
