Many things: Diarrhea x 3weeks could be caused by a number of things: a gut infection, bacterial or parasitic. An inflammatory condition, or chronic irritation due to severe stress and food allergies if his diet has changed dramatically, or a reaction to a new medication or supplement. He needs blood tests and stool tests and possibly some imaging studies. . Please see your doctor.
