Maintain good diet: Typical weight gain in pregnancy for a "normal" sized woman in pregnancy is 25-30 lbs. The majority of weight gain is realized in the second and third trimester. You have gained approx. 20-25 lbs. So far. I wouldn't "worry" about your weight gain to date, however, i would encourage you to be very attentive to your diet going forward. You require an additional 300 calories per day with pregnancy.
