Probably: As long as your doctor is checking thyroid hormones levels regularly, and making sure you are not taking too much thyroid hormone, you can probably take adipex as safely as anyone else. But diet pills are a short-term solution to a longterm problem, and do not result in longterm weight loss. Also, if you do lose weight, regardless of method, you'll need to check thyroid labs more often than usual.
