The usual causes of tiredness would be infection, inflammation, allergies, harmonal or mental changes like depression, but all of these are associated with other symptoms. If the only symptom is tiredness then it should recover shortly. If it continues without any other symptom then please go and see the doctor to rule out any anemia and metabolic disorder. I hope you recover pretty soon!

Tiredness is a common symptom for many disorders. Since One's symptoms is only one week duration, and because we have COVID -19 ubiquitous; the first option is to check that out with the PCP. Other Viral infections like the Common Cold can cause similar symptoms as can Stress, Overwork, Systemic Disorders, Nutritional imbalance, ... Seeing the PCP for evaluation and Lab- workup might be best.
