Could be nothing: The definition of infertility is > than a year of unprotected intercourse; if you are >35 than it is 6 months. You should probably talk to your ob/gyn who can run some basic tests- like sperm count, document your tubes are open, and hormones are normal and that you are ovulating; to possibly see why you are not getting pregnant; although, you may just have to try a bit longer.
