Yes, it's ok: There is no evidence of harm in any of the flavorings used - they are food colorings and occasionally things like spearmint or peppermint, and they have been around a long time without known harm. That being said, they are more expensive and there is no evidence that they do any good. Some flavored waters also have vitamins, which most people really don't need if they are on a healthy diet.
