Yes: Since Nasonex (mometasone) and patanase work by different mechanisms, there is no contraindication to using them simultaneously. The patanase will have a quicker onset of action (same day) while the Nasonex (mometasone) (nasal steroid) will take a couple of days to begin to feel effect and peak effect may take a week. If symptoms require both meds, consider seeing an allergist to identify the underlying trigger.
